CHINA China’s GDP growth met its CY15 target, but it keeps on slowing down. It would be a lot lower if the authorities weren’t pumping up the money supply, applying fiscal stimulus to key sectors, and fudging some of the statistics. China’s wealthiest citizens are continuing to ship their money off to safer jurisdictions.
